This question normally comes in the form of "Does that mean you’re willing to accept the “non-personal” nature of the energy or does it mean you’re willing to accept the condition of the energy?"
In some ways the video above may answer this, however, let's dive a little deeper...
While generally I wouldn't overthink this, it's fair to say that some client's have a 'need-to-understand' kind of brain.
If they don't - let them find their own natural interpretation. If they need to know, they'll ask and offering your analysis uninvited is a recipe for confusion!
For the 'need-to-understand' brains...
"It" refers to the energy (or cookie cutter) itself. By the time they say the last line they will have introduced the energetic and non-personal perspectives to it, so (as I say in the video) the relationship to that energy may well have shifted already.
