AGL: THE AGENDA-LESS GROUP LEADER

You've cracked the Agenda-less one-to-one.
Here's what comes next.

Run Groups That Run Themselves

A limited access certification for NPA Mastery graduates.

I'm In - Let's Go!

Same You. Bigger Room.

You already know that one-to-one work doesn't have to be exhausting.

You've felt it - that moment when you drop the practitioner mask, stop trying to manufacture something, and just... let the process do what it does. The session goes somewhere you didn't plan. The client shifts in a way you couldn't have engineered. And you didn't have to perform a single thing to make it happen.

That's not luck. That's the Agenda-less Way working exactly as it should.

So here's the question that's been sitting with you ever since - and I know this because enough of you have actually asked me:

"What happens when there's a room full of them?"

I imagine that's because the thought of taking this into a group setting brings up some stuff. If I had to guess, it'd be things like...

"In a 1:1 I can track one person — how do I track twelve?"
"What if someone takes over and derails the whole thing?"
"What if I just become a performer up there?"
"What if the group needs something and I don't know how to hold it?"

Those fears make complete sense. Groups feel like a different animal entirely.

But here's what I've found, time and time again — they're really not.

Animation Doesn't Count Heads.

Here's the thing.

Every fear you just recognised? It's the same fear you had about 1:1 work before Mastery.

What if I can't track what's happening?
What if I lose control?
What if I have to perform my way through it?

And then you discovered something.

That when you stop trying to control it - when you drop the agenda, trust the process, and get out of your own way the work actually does itself. The client finds their own animation. You stop being the battery and start being the conduit.

That's not a 1:1 thing. That's an NPA thing.

And it works with a room full of people just as well as it works with one.

The difference - and this is what AGL is built on - is that in a group, you're not tracking one nervous system. You're tracking a field. And that field? It has its own intelligence. Its own animation. Its own way of moving toward what it needs.

When you stop fighting that and start working with it, something remarkable happens. The group begins to facilitate itself.

Not because you engineered it. Because you got out of the way and let it.

That's what I call Frictionless Collective Animation.

And once you feel it - once you've led a room that led itself - you won't want to go back.

The Conduit, Not the Guru.

So let me tell you what AGL actually is - and what it isn't.

It isn't a course on how to manage group dynamics. It isn't a toolkit of facilitation techniques. And it definitely isn't a way to become a better performer in front of a crowd.

AGL is an identity shift.

It's the difference between showing up to a group as the person who has to hold it all together - and showing up as someone who knows, in their bones, that the group doesn't need holding. It needs space. It needs an agenda-less conduit who trusts the collective field enough to get out of its way.

That's what we're building here. Not a better version of the exhausted expert. A fundamentally different kind of leader.

The Agenda-less Group Leader.

Someone who walks into a room of 12 or 40 or 400 people - and isn't inwardly dreading who needs what, who's going to kick off, or whether something profound is going to happen (or not happen). Because they've stopped making any of that their personal responsibility.

Instead they're tracking the field. Reading the animation. Trusting the process.

And when they do that - when they really do that - the group becomes One Being. And One Being, it turns out, is extraordinarily good at healing itself.

That's not a metaphor. That's what I've watched happen, time and time again, in containers where the facilitator finally got out of the way.

AGL teaches you how to be that facilitator.

Inside AGL

AGL runs across five modules. You know me - this isn't going to be a watch-videos-in-your-pyjamas situation. Each one is 1.5 days live with me on Zoom - a Friday afternoon followed by a full day Saturday, spaced two weeks apart. It's a live, immersive container. Which, given what we're building together, feels appropriate.

Here's what we cover:

Module 1: The Agendaless Leap

From One-to-One to the Many

The first thing we do is address the thing that makes group work feel so different from 1:1 - and dismantle it. You'll discover why trying to track individual people in a group is the wrong game entirely, and what it actually means to trust a collective field. We'll work with the group as One Being from day one - because the sooner you feel that, the sooner everything else makes sense.

Module 2: The Mirror and the Mask

Practitioner Integrity in Groups

Here's the thing about groups - they turbocharge everything. Including your stuff. The performative tendencies, the saviour complex, the need to make something happen. This module is the direct antidote to all of that. We go into radical confession, real-time self-awareness, and what it actually looks and feels like to show up as a radically human peer rather than an expert on a stage. This one's likely to be a bit of a ride.

Module 3: Agendaless Care

Pacing, Communication and Containment

This is the module that puts dignity at the centre of everything. We look at how to spot the animation in the group field, how to pace without pushing, and how to resist the seductive pull of the big emotional explosion. You'll learn when to slow things down, when to leave someone with their process, and how to use language that reduces friction rather than creates it. Because real transformation doesn't need forcing. It needs respect.

Module 4: From Cookie Cutters to Collectives

Applying NPA in Groups

This is where it gets deliciously practical. We take the NPA tools you already know and look at how they work in a group context — collective clearing, the Co-Creative Frame, working with individuals without derailing the whole container, managing unequal air time, scaling intimacy from small groups to large ones. You'll run demos, deconstruct them, and come away knowing exactly how to do this in your own groups.

Module 5: The Abundance Loop

Post-Programme Application and Community of Practice

The final module is about what comes next — and it's a big deal. We cover the business and structural side of running groups, how to vet and screen participants, and how to apply the NPA syntax in a teaching context. We also lay out the full financial model that comes with your AGL certification — the licensing rights, the workshop assets, the ascension pathway. And rather than just sending you off with a certificate, we establish a supervised community of practice — a constellation of peers who continue to support each other long after the programme ends.

Two weeks after Module 5, we reconvene for a half-day celebration call. Because finishing this deserves more than a quiet email.

Your Licence to Lead.

Now here's the bit I'm particularly excited about.

Because AGL isn't just a certification that sits on your wall and makes you feel good. It comes with something I haven't made available before in quite this way - the rights to actually go out and use the NPA IP to build a real, sustainable group-based income.

Here's what that means in practice.

Upon graduating as an Agenda-less Group Leader, you'll receive a Live Delivery Licence - giving you the rights to market and host five specific NPA frame events:

The Blame Buster
The Should Shifter
The Harmony Equation
The Fear Dissolver
The Craving Crusher

Plus the rights to deliver NPA Basic Training as a live experiential event.

You'll get the syntax, the swipe files, the structural frameworks - everything you need to walk into a room and run these events without building anything from scratch. These aren't untested ideas. I've been running versions of these events for years. They work. You're getting the keys to something that's already proven.

Think of it as a business-in-a-box - built on a foundation that's already been road-tested, so you can focus on the facilitation rather than the construction.

And here's how the financial model works:

You run live frame events at an accessible front-end price, keeping 100% of the ticket revenue. You can charge a premium for delivering live Basic Training, again keeping everything you make. When your attendees want to go deeper - replay access, or the full Mastery experience - you route them through NPA Central and earn commission on every sale.

One room. Multiple revenue streams. Zero product-building friction.

The deeper magic here is this: every event you run doesn't just make you money. It feeds people into a transformation pathway that serves them at every level - and positions you as a trusted local gateway to the wider NPA world.

That's not a side hustle. That's a proper business model.

A note on the licensing agreement:

The full licensing terms will be provided to all AGL graduates before the programme begins. You'll be required to sign the agreement prior to our start date - this is a serious licence involving protected IP, and it'll be documented properly. Full details will be shared in advance so you know exactly where you stand.

Which One Are You?

AGL is for NPA Mastery graduates. That's the only entry point — not because I'm being precious about it, but because everything we do in this programme is built on a foundation that only makes sense if you've already been through Mastery.

Now, you've been asking me for this for a while. And I've noticed that you're coming to it from quite different places. So let me speak to all of those.

If you're still finding your feet...

Maybe you've got a client or two. Maybe you're still figuring out how to get a steady flow of people through the door. The thought of building a full practice from scratch feels like a mountain — and honestly, it kind of is.

Here's what I'd say to you: groups aren't the harder version of this. They're actually the easier entry point.

A live workshop at a low ticket price is a far gentler way to get your first real business income than cold pitching strangers for a high-ticket 1:1 programme. And when those workshop attendees experience what NPA does in a group setting — which they will — the ones who want to go deeper will come to you. Your group work doesn't just make you income. It builds your practice for you.

AGL gives you the tools, the structure, and the licensed assets to make that happen without starting from scratch.

If you're already running groups but something's feeling off...

You're doing the thing. You've got people in rooms. But something's creating friction — and it might be hard to put your finger on exactly what.

Maybe you notice you're picking up energetic stuff from the group that you don't experience in your 1:1 work. Maybe a particular participant seems to take something out of you in a way that leaves you feeling flat afterwards. Maybe you find yourself feeling disorganised or nervous before a group in a way that surprises you — because you don't feel like that going into a 1:1 anymore.

Here's what I think is happening. Without even realising it, you've slipped into trying to "hold the group". And we both know that's not the Agenda-less Way. In a 1:1 you've learned to trust the process, drop the agenda, let the animation do its thing.

But somehow in a group context, all of that old stuff gets quietly reactivated.

AGL brings you back to the simplicity of noticing the animation — but in a room full of people. Same principles. Same trust. Just a bigger field.

If your 1:1 work is going well and groups feel like a different thing entirely...

You've found your groove. Clients are getting real results. The Agenda-less Way is working exactly as it should - and you're not willing to risk any of that by throwing yourself into a group setting where everything feels less certain.

I get that. Completely.

But here's what's interesting. That feeling of uncertainty in a group - that sense that it's harder, less controllable, more exposed - isn't because groups are actually more difficult. It's because the very thing you've learned to let go of in a 1:1 suddenly gets louder when there are more people in the room.

The personal agenda. The need to make something happen. The fear that if you don't hold it all together, something will go wrong.

In a 1:1 you've learned that letting go of all of that is precisely what makes the work work. In a group, that lesson is just waiting to be learned again - at a bigger scale, with a bigger field, and with something even more extraordinary available on the other side of it.

You don't need to become a different kind of practitioner to do this. You just need to discover that what you already know goes further than you think.

Not feeling it yet? No hard feelings. This'll still be here when you are.

You know me. You know how I teach, how I show up, what I care about - and what I absolutely don't care about.

You know I'm not here to make mini-mes. AGL isn't about learning to facilitate the way I facilitate. It's about finding your own expression of The Agenda-less Way™ - in a room, with real people, in your own style.

If you like what I do and how I do it, that's a good sign you'll love this.

The Founding Crucible.

Now let's talk about the practical stuff.

AGL starts on Friday 18th September 2026. And right now, for a very short window, there's an opportunity to get in at a price that won't exist again.

Here's the thing about a first run. It's genuinely different from every run that follows it. You're not just attending a programme - you're helping shape one. The feedback you give, the questions you ask, the moments that surprise even me - all of that becomes part of what AGL grows into. That's not nothing. That's a genuine co-creation privilege.

And I think that deserves to be reflected in the price.

Super Early Bird

£4,000 (5 spots only)
3 SOLD, 2 REMAINING
When they're gone, they're gone.

This is the founding cohort price. It won't come back. Once these 5 spots are filled, pricing moves to the Early Bird tier - and from there, it only goes up.

Early Bird

£5,000 Available until midnight 31st August 2026

First Run Price

£7,500 After Early Bird closes

RRP

£12,000 Future runs

Payment options:

Pay in full: £4,000

Payment plan:
10 payments of £410

Both options give you exactly the same access to everything - the live modules, the licensing rights, the community of practice, the full works. And for both, your first year's licensing fee is included. After that, the annual licensing fee applies - full details in your agreement.

If you're looking at that Super Early Bird price and thinking "this is still a significant investment" - you're right. It is. And it's also a fraction of what this programme will cost when it's fully built out and running at scale.

More to the point - if you run even a handful of live frame events in your first year, that investment starts paying for itself pretty quickly. This isn't a cost. It's a business model.

 Your Move.

If you've read this far, I'd guess something in here has landed.

Maybe it's the licensing opportunity. Maybe it's the relief of finally having a way to take this work into rooms without the performance anxiety. Maybe it's just the idea of leading a group that leads itself - and knowing that's actually possible.

Whatever it is, trust that.

This is the first run of AGL. There are just 2 Super Early Bird spots left at £4,000 - and once those are gone, they're gone. The next entry point is £5,000, and it only goes up from there.

We start on Friday 18th September 2026.
